This weighted compression vest has been a really helpful tool for my son. It supports him in calming his body and regulating his nervous system, especially during moments when he becomes overstimulated. The quality of this vest is great. My daughter uses this during her pitching warm up just to add a little bit of weight. It is easy to use, and adjust easily. You can put it on by pulling the sides apart with velcro. It fits my 9 year old pretty snug, which we like. It's hard to do exercises if it's hanging off of you. We recieved the item just as described, and it works perfectly for what we use it for.

Good quality comes with 3.5 pounds it does run slightly bigger and longer than others so don't size up! Because the purpose is compression my son wears a small in kids and this fits him big size small the xs would fit better

I ordered a size small for my 3 year old who has autism. We put it on for about an hour in the morning and it really helps grounds him. He’s calm and relaxed. I call it his “chill vest”. He enjoys wearing it and it fits well!

It is well built but hard for child to take on and off. Size seems to run small.
