I ordered this wardrobe (4 door) from Wakefit through Amazon. While the delivery was delayed by a few days, the overall experience was positive. The installation process was quick and efficient, handled by professionals who ensured everything was set up perfectly.Despite the slight delay in delivery, I’m happy with the purchase. Item is good and very useful

1 star for the installation service. The product was delivered to us in January and there was a part missing due to which a drawer could not be installed by Wakefit team. This is not a mistake from my side but from Wakefit production side.I’m chasing Wakefit team for over 2 months now but there is no resolution. The drawer is still lying with me. If I call Amazon they say pls speak to Wakefit customer care. If I call Wakefit they send people for complete installation where as the issue in my case is only drawer installation. The service team themselves do not register the complaint details properly and this is adding up to further delay. Pathetic service from Wakefit. As on date 25.03.25, I’m still waiting for Wakefit to fix the drawer, only then I can call it a complete installation.

We were very happily surprised with the quality of Wakefit furniture. This was one of several items we ordered. The product has a good finishing so it doesn’t look cheap. It may not be the most glamorous wardrobe, but has a minimalist simplicity which is matched by its interiors. The structure is sturdy, doesn’t shake.I would have liked for the cupboard to have more depth so it can have a better capacity.The only major issue we faced was with the carpenter assigned to assemble this piece - he said a few parts were missing and promised to finish it on a different day. On the said date, he came super late, didn’t bother to inform ahead of time about the delay, and we had to have several unsatisfactory calls with Wakefit to ultimately get this resolved. Feedback to wakefit to please assign more responsible personnel to do the assembly.Other than that, we are very happy with our Wakefit purchase! Would certainly recommend the brand.
