Looks good, too bad it came with a cracked handle
Out of the "box" looks good. (It was not shipped in a box, only the factory Styrofoam container, taped closed.) The mug was a perfect stocking stuffer . "GSP mom" used it once. It was hand washed and while drying the handle fell off! It was probably cracked all along with only the glazing holding it on. What was most disappointing is that a new one could not be ordered. It would be nice if a "re-order" option was available during the return process instead of just "suggested items".Update: Item retuned to vendor on 12/28 as of 2/4 still no refund. It was against my better judgement to dso business like this through Amazon. Going forward they will be our last resort.

The first two arrived broken from Amazon.
Nice mug but poor packaging. The first mug arrived broken, so we asked for a replacement. The second mug was also broken. We returned the mug and reordered for the third time.This one arrived in one piece!Lots of work for a mug!Bummer!
