Contents was as described and nice. Although it arrived well packaged the item was a little scruffy (scratches and dents all on the box). Which was disappointing as it was a gift.

Obviously this is supposed to be a gift for someone, im not remotely impressed the box is really damaged see photos. This would be a lovely gift was it not for the damage and at almost £20 I expected the box to be gift worthy as well as the actual contents.So after this review they have actually sent a new one out, this one is better but still has a hole in the box at the back. I've no idea why but it's clearly an issue. Happy a new one was sent thays great and all but I will be re boxing before I gift it

My granddaughter loves it for Christmas eve

Product came with cup smashed to pieces with no way to ask for assistance.The hot water bottle is tiny like hand sized and feels really cheap. It comes with a fluffy cover which doesn’t get slightly hot once filled up. Not only that but I ordered the grey colour and got sent a tacky pink 1

This is such a lovely set and perfect for those winter evenings. The mug looks lovely, and of a high quality, including the cute hot water bottle and lovely hot chocolate. I highly recommend this product and supplier.
