Okuma Proton Reel & FOC BRAID, PTN-30 (57730)

It's small and light, it's cheap, it's pre-loaded with braid, and it's reliable - what's not to like?My wife and I use this type of reel for fishing using a spinning lure.The best thing is that it's professionally pre-loaded with braid and backing, at a great price.I already used the Okuma Proton PTN-40, which is basically the slightly larger model of this reel, and bought a much more expensive set up, so my wife could have the Okuma PTN-40. Unfortunately, the expensive reel was loaded with backing & braid in store and is prone to snags and tangles, so I reclaimed my PTN-40 and bought this smaller reel for my wife.She's not an expert caster or anything, but was able to use it consistently with no issues. I'll be also be packing this for travel as it's really light.
