These KIND Breakfast Protein Bars in Caramel Peanut are one of my go-to morning snacks. They taste great — the caramel and peanut flavor is just the right balance of sweet and nutty without being overpowering. The texture is soft but still has a nice bit of crunch from the nuts and grains.Each bar has 8g of protein, which helps keep me full until lunch, and they’re gluten-free, which is a big plus for anyone with dietary restrictions. The only downside is that they can get a little crumbly, so I recommend eating them over a napkin or plate. Still, for the flavor, nutrition, and convenience, these are definitely worth it.

Great bars for snacking on the go to get added protein and energy boost. I purchased for my college son to keep on hand at all times to make sure he is getting his protein as he is always in motion. He loves them and I will be ordering more. They are a bit expensive which as a minimalist speaks to their quality as I normally opt for cheaper alternatives that are comparable. I have not found a bar yet like the KIND brand!

my favorite snack of all time. It is a little sweet, but very hearty. I keep these in my purse, my desk, in my car, all over. They help when I realize I haven't eaten and I am getting a headache or feeling weak.Good source of protein.THESE ARE PICKY KID APPROVED!!!!!

Great product.. I love the blueberry sliming breakfast bars. Butnindontnlike that they get squished anytime I prefer them because Amazon packs things horribly and they out my big fabric softener bottle on top of my food. I don’t even think cleaning products and food should be out in the same box but oh well I guess.As for the product though… the product itself is good :)

I love these, especially for airline and train trips, since I have to leave early. I can snack on breakfast and then snack on lunch. I've been buying these for years and always have them in the cabinet. Great for a quick yogurt and Kind bar breakfast.

These are super yummy! I love these when I’m on the go and need to get some calories in. They are dense in calories, so I don’t eat them often. But they’re great to keep in my bag for days that get a little busy. They’re delicious so even when I don’t have much appetite I can convince myself to munch a pack of these real quick. They’re soft and chewy. Always arrive fresh not stale. And I love that’s there’s not really any sketchy ingredients in them that will trigger my gut issues.

item itself is delicious. I am gluten sensitive and I have these every day and carry them with me when I’m traveling. Unfortunately, Usps decided to leave the box in the rain instead of the covered front porch, causing both damage and disappointment.

I really like this company’s products but these were a disappointment. Mostly made of oats, WAY too sweet, and zero almonds. They tastes like sickly sweet cinnamon oatmeal, and they fall apart like wet tissue paper. Very strange and nothing like the description. I wonder if these are a discontinued product? Yes, the little packets are convenient on the go, but the amount of sugar and lack of almonds make them unhealthy & not an ideal “breakfast”.
