Nice build, but if you attach a heavy light (700gr) is bending from weight. Also on top is not the typical interface with ball ty[e connector and I had to spend almost 100 Euro more for adaptors. For liight strobes with this type of interface (rear) might work better

The base is sturdy and the arms give a good balance between flexibility and stability. They can be moved around but they stay in place when you hold them. The only downside is the little screw holding the camera, it kept unscrewing by itself because the base is so smooth. I had to add a piece of rubber to make it stay on the camera.
