PURAX Extra-Strong Double Pack Antiperspirant Roll-On 50ml

After experiencing an hour or so of stinging armpits when first applied, I thought (besides the stream of expletives) this cannot be worth it. That was about 7 years ago and I haven't sweated under my arms since. I've saved money, as a bottle of this will last a very long time, as you only need a little bit, once a week. The stinging becomes less intense, or you get used to it.

I was sceptical whether this product would actually work having tried many others on the market, and to my suprise it did. It's a real life changer, and brings back the old confidence of having dry underarms. The first time I used it I got a rash and it was quite sore for a while, it also takes a long time to dry but it's well worth sticking with because after a few weeks you'll certainly notice the difference. Purax seems overpriced but you only have to use it once a week and once dry all you do is use your normal deoderant. I think that it's worth every penny as it has indeed change my life for the better. I would recommend this product to all sweaties like myself.

So for context I work in a very high intensity work environment which involves me moving a lot during my work day, indoors, outdoors, in cars etc. and the constant movement and fluctuation in temperatures seemed to be too much for other big brands. I've tried Sure, Lynx, Right Guard, you name it, and I've still needed to reapply the intense 48hr ones regularly to keep on top of perspiration. These are a game changer. It's now Friday and I've had these for a few days, and been wearing it since Wednesday. Not a drop since, no need to reapply as it stands, even after showering and gym sessions, the impact is minimal. The first application did have a weird burning/itching sensation, but if you ride that out, or use some anti itch cream (I used E45 other brands are available) you should be fine. I'm a lot more confident and content at work with this on, and I think I've found my go to for a while yet.

I really wasn't sure this would work for me - however after using it for 4 weeks its been excellent. As someone, who sweats alot under my arms - this has really improved my confidence at work. It does actually last a week as it states on the tin. However - watch out for the itch, if you put on too much or put it on too often, you will certainly know about it - it burns and stings like a mother. Use E45 cream regularly as other poster suggested - it helps calm the burn. Overall, I am very happy with the product, would be 5 star if it wasn't for the burn/itch.

Just be careful when applying, it can irritate your skin. But it totally eliminated sweat for many days.

They work as advertised in stopping perspiration, but unfortunately irritates my sking very badly. I tried the spray before, and although possibly less effective, was definitely less harsh on skin.

I have used Purax roll-on for a few years and find it very effective. It should be used sparingly, once or twice a week at night - presumably to give it time to dry and not stain clothing. I certainly haven’t noticed any staining of my clothing & am very happy with the product. One bottle lasts a few months. This double pack came very nicely packed and in a solid cardboard box. I am very happy with it,

I've been using Purax for a while now, and find it to be superior to both Driclor and Anhydrol Forte. It doesn't sting, and being a cream, is much less messy. I can also go much longer without having to reapply it - anywhere between two and three weeks. It's excellent value for money, as a roll-on lasts me for a good year. The only downside, is that, to my knowledge, it's not available on prescription. Periodically the product does disappear from Amazon, so I thought I'd stock up by buying a twin pack. This is a 5***** product that I highly recommend.

Prodotto eccellente! Il Purax Double Pack anti traspirante Roll-On Extra si è rivelato davvero efficace per chi, come me, ha problemi di sudorazione intensa. Basta applicarlo la sera come indicato e la protezione dura tutto il giorno, anche nelle situazioni più stressanti o durante l’attività fisica. Non irrita la pelle, si asciuga rapidamente e lascia una piacevole sensazione di asciutto senza appiccicare o macchiare i vestiti. Dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo si notano già ottimi risultati: meno sudore e zero cattivi odori. Il formato doppio è comodo e conveniente, ideale anche per chi viaggia spesso o vuole avere sempre una scorta a portata di mano. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca una soluzione definitiva e affidabile contro la sudorazione eccessiva!

Als iemand die in de zorg werkt en dus veel in de weer is, en helaas "gezegend" is met een snelle stofwisseling, heb ik intussen alle grote deodorant en anti-transpirant merken al geprobeerd, en altijd met tegenvallende resultaten. Zelfs verschillende "Extra dry" varianten die 48 uur zouden moeten werken, zijn bij mij al na minder dan 24 uur uitgewerkt, dus ik begon met de nodige scepsis twee weken geleden met deze rollers, met de verwachting dat het weinig zou doen... Maar drie dagen later was ik nog steeds zweet (en stank!) vrij, en het duurde uiteindelijk echt zeven dagen voordat ik de Purax roller echt opnieuw moest gebruiken. Goedbedoelde hint voor diegenen die hun oksels scheren; minimaal drie dagen wachten voor je dit spul gebruikt, want anders kan het héél flink irriteren. Beter is het (in mijn ervaring) om je te wassen, de deo te gebruiken en de ochtend erna te scheren, óf om een tondeuse te gebruiken zodat je huid heel blijft.

Producto que me ha funcionado desde el primer día que lo probé. Padezco de hiperhidrosis bastante grave y con este producto he logrado controlar el problema hasta el punto de no sudar. Cosas a tener en cuenta: 1. Pica. Por lo que hay que tener cuidado de no poner demasiado producto en las axilas (puede quemar la piel si se aplica demasiado). 2. Usarlo después de ducharse y siempre por la noche. Secar bien la axila antes de usarlo, porque si queda agua, pica mucho más y reduce la efectividad. 3. Con la axila depilada me ha dado mejor resultado. Pero mucho ojo: NO APLICAR HASTA 3 DÍAS DESPUÉS DE DEPILARSE. 4. El tiempo que puedes dejar antes de volver a aplicarlo depende de cada persona. Yo, en mi caso, lo uso cada 4 días. Pero cada persona es un mundo y se trata de ir viendo cada uno o una. 5. Dejar secar bien después de aplicarlo y, si te pones alguna prenda para dormir. Ten en cuenta que la va a manchar, seguro. 6. A la mañana siguiente lavar la axila con jabón y agua para eliminar los restos del producto. Yo me suelo poner otro desodorante que huela bien por costumbre. IMPORTANTE: AGITAR ANTES DE SU USO. En resumen: Producto ideal si quieres controlar la sudoración excesiva. He probado otros similares y este es el único que me ha dado efectividad siempre.
