The quality of the lead is great! It’s lightweight but the clip is heavy duty and has a sliding part that locks it shut so no un clipping from the collar or harness! Works amazing for what I wanted it for and the colors came just as expected!

Lovely light leash and nice to handle. No burning or chafing even if pup gets overexcited. I would like it if the lock was more secure. If the dog brushes against something at the right angle the lock slides open and then the carabiner can pop open easily. I find myself checking that the lock is in position very regularly

We got this as a long leash for the beach and also for a tie out on the RV steps. Our 40lb dog does great on this and it holds well to the jumping he occasionally does towards big dogs. It’s nice to look at, washes pretty easily, and was affordable. Lots of color choices too which is always great. I’d recommend this to a friend.

This training lead is very well constructed. It has leather strain releif at both ends and the clasp that attatches to the dogs collar is a locking caribiner. The lead arrives in a stuf bag that can hold the entire lead after use. Chew proof? Nothing is chew proof for a dog that really wants to get away.

I purchased this in May 2023, and came back to repurchase as the clasp has finally jammed after daily use over 14 months, sometimes twice daily. Here’s what I wrote a month after purchase that never got submitted. Personally I love it, not as a stand alone leash, but as my secondary, let’s have some fun at the beach, where the human interactions are limited and although easy to scoop up and make into a short 4ft leash, this is my go to for when I want to give my little guy a bit more of a say as to how he interacts with his environment, from playing with waves to doing zoomies on the grass. Yes, it’s greyed ever so slightly in a month, but that’s up to me if I let him drag it on a blacktop driveway. (Update: it’s been through the washing machine numerous times as it gets covered in mud and sand) It dries out pretty quick, so not an issue. I love the leather reinforcements at both ends of this leash but TBH I’m not in love with the clasp. (Interesting that’s what’s broken finally). You absolutely need to push that clasp down over the pin to properly latch but overall not a big deal. It’s a substantial rope. Not a thin thing. I’m still undecided whether to rebuy or go for different brand, but value for money is not bad as it’s lasted through probably close to 1,000 dog walks where it’s been thoroughly abused.
