The soup comes out lovely and smooth, and it has made me much more likely to make homemade soup regularly. The only downside I’ve found is that it can be quite difficult to clean. The actual soup maker is quite a large appliance, and cleaning around some of the areas can be a little awkward. I think this is worth knowing before buying, particularly if you have limited sink space. That said, the cleaning issue wouldn't put me off buying it again because I genuinely love how convenient it is and how much use I get from it.
