I recently purchased the SAIREIDER Comfortable Lumbar Support Pillow for my office chair and car, and overall, it’s been a great addition to my daily comfort, but there are a few things worth mentioning. First, the pillow itself is fantastic. The memory foam provides excellent support for my lower back, which is exactly what I needed after long hours of sitting at my desk or during long car rides. It’s firm enough to give solid lumbar support but still soft enough to feel comfortable against your back. The material is breathable, so it doesn't get too hot like some other support pillows can. One of the standout features is how well it fits in my car. It contours to the seat nicely, providing much-needed relief on longer drives. My back feels so much better after using it for just a short while. I also love that it helps improve my posture by keeping my spine in a better alignment, which is a huge plus for both office work and travel. That said, I had a bit of trouble adjusting it to fit perfectly in my car seat. The straps are adjustable, but I found it challenging to get the pillow in the ideal position at first. It took some trial and error to figure out where it felt just right. Once I got it sorted, though, it worked wonderfully. Overall, I’m really happy with the comfort it provides. It’s been a game changer for both my office chair and car seat. If you can get past the slight adjustment issues, it’s definitely worth it for the back support it gives!

For the price, the quality of this lumbar support is on par with secret lab cushions. I cut off the straps because they didn’t fit around the chair and I’m fine with it. Sitting low as the chair I have allows me to adjust support. If I were able to remove the back straps without having to cut them, it would be five star, but as they are sewn in to the pillowcase, I had to use scissors to remove them. There isn’t a ton of support, the foam is very soft. If you’re looking for something with more stability, you might try a different option.
