Great tool to facilitate parent/child discussions about feelings
These All the Feels feeling cards are a great find. They come nicely packaged and forever protected in a nice slide top tin case. The individual cards are sturdy and a bit larger and thicker than a normal deck of cards. They have nice, expressive facial expressions on the front depicting 20 different feelings. However, I took away one star because I do not think they are obvious enough for a child and perhaps some adults to know what feeling each card is expressing. It would be better if the feelings were also written on the front side and not just the back side of the cards. The strategies for dealing with the feelings on the back side of the cards are clear and for the most part good ideas but those will appeal to everyone differently.I ordered these for our son and daughter-in-law to use with our grandkids. Our grandson in particular is hard to get information from sometimes particularly about what he is feeling. We reviewed how they can use them and they are excited about the possibilities for their discussions. One of our favorites is the “worried” card. While the suggestion of starting with making a jar out of clay adds a whole new dimension to dealing with that feeling, I love the idea of the worry jar and putting your worries away for the night.I think these are a wonderful idea and way to start important discussions between parents and children. I highly recommend.

Cute quality emotion cards
These were more than I expected! They come in a cute tin box that is easy to open and will last longer than a cardboard box with my guy. They are on heavy duty cardstock which I hope will be great for extended use with my little. He is 6 and stated that some of the cards don't match his face when he has that emotion, but that was a great opportunity to talk about what he feels it looks like and what was similar to and different. These are great for all kinds of conversation starters with kids on emotions and feelings. It gives instructions on a couple of ways to use the cards with your kids if things do not develop organically with them. My guy has latched on to them, so we are excited to start using them.I will say for smaller littles the cards may not hold up to being put in their mouths or rougher use if given to them but could be used on a table with them.

Facial Expressions Hard To Read…Cards Just Okay.
The title truly states it all. The facial expressions were hard to understand, even I had a hard time understanding the facial expressions and what they were trying to convey. Little ones I feel will have an even harder time as they try to navigate emotional well-being. The prompts on the backside were kind of flat and ineffective. However, the tin box they came in was great and sturdy and the cards were well made.

Great for teaching children
Emotions are difficult to go over with kids, especially when they are very young. This gives you a very easy way that even your toddlers can understand.

I absolutely LOVE these emotion & solution cards!! These are such a great quality set! Comes in a really nice tin, to keep them in good shape. Cards are on a quality cardstock, geat size and colors a nice. The facial expressions are great leeway to discuss those emotions and solutions on the back of the card. Love the purpose of these cards and how to have these quality discussions with your kids!
