Irwin 10503567 Professional Speed Clamp 600mm / 24-inch - Small

This clamp is well constructed and is a joy to use. The jaw slides very smoothly along the bar and the threaded clamp works extremely well.I have noticed the bar bends a fair bit when the tension is applied, but have had good results.

I love the simplicity of this clamp. It works on basic physics and simply does the job that it is required to do. This one is a whopper but other sizes are available. If you need to fix a wooden toilet seat which has cracked down the middle, this is the clamp for the job!

I choose to buy 2 of these clamps because I already had 2 of the 300mm clamps that I use extensively and I wanted a pair of clamps with a longer reach.The 400mm clamps are built the same way with one minor difference, the ratchet mechanism on the 400mm doesn't appear to be the same and I've found it a little more difficult to adjust the clamps compared to the 300mm clamps I was used to hence the loss of 1 star. In all other respects though these clamps are the same and would recommend.

Top quality, sturdy and strong, a blinding purchase

Purchased these as a gift. Was looking for a set with wooden handles as these are preferred by the person receiving.Listing describes the material as “Wood, Zinc“ but they don’t have wooden handles.Sadly like much of the products listed on Amazon they are incorrectly listed.They were also thrown into a box with barely any padding causing one of the clamps to puncture the box and stick out.They are superb clamps and seem very well made, however I shall be returning as they are not as described.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit and value for money.

No problems with this. Does the job, screw exerts pressure precisely. Some flex in the bar when under pressure but this is fine.

Son bastante grandes si las comparamos con las mordazas pequeñas habituales para hacer cualquier trabajito. Estas sirven de sobra para la anchura de una silla. Se ven fuertes y no como el típico producto barato que le das un apretón y se desarma.

Den här skruvtvingen är verkligen så bra som alla säger. I klass med Bessey, men till ett mycket bättre pris. Rekommenderas verkligen.
