Everything about your child's enjoyment of this set will depend on your child. If they are like mine, this whole set will eventually not be together, leaving the the individual parts having to speak for themselves, in terms of how much interest he has in any one item at any one time. I am sure you, like me, are the parent who is telling themselves they can monitor this set to ensure it will remain together forever. Well, that was true for about a year, but yesterday he started dragging the items from this set out one by one, and I just didn't care anymore because keeping it strictly together was not leading to the sort of special kind of playtime I had anticipated. We simulated camping maybe five times total, because this set was just too circumstantial to provide any lasting amusement. However, it is a perfectly arranged set and I am convinced I selected the right combination of things inside. But it was never up to me how my son would respnd or use this. I just wanted him to understand the most basic concepts of camping at least a year before we actually tried to take him on a camping trip. Well, it might be two years now, but I still think this is a fun set, all things considering.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 2 year old nephew and he absolutely loves it. I might love it more though. I fell in love with the little features of all the parts. For example, the lantern lights up and has a knob for raising/lowering the flame. The binoculars actually work (for a child-don’t use these for hunting) and there’s even a flash light/whistle/compass combo tool. Pretty cool stuff! We played in the tent together (yes I fit too, but barely). Throw a blanket over the top and your little ones will love the hiding space you’ve magically made for them. Enjoy! (Walkie talkies weren’t great, but at this price I have zero complaints.)

Such a great value for what all comes with it! My son and daughter pull this out all the time to play camping. We don’t put it up all the way, just flatten it and keep it either in the closet or under the bed for easy access for them. They also love all the accessories and come up with other uses for them.

I honestly cannot believe there is a single negative review for this item. It comes with a LOT of really cool items that work (with double a batteries) .. walk-in talkie set... a compass, a working digital watch, lantern, real binoculars, a lantern, etc. now, it is all plastic and perhaps seems “cheap” to some people, but let me tell you, my three year old boy is obsessed. We have to play campsite every day. Great value for all you get, I say. And the tent is perfect and folds up easily. If this set were a name brand like fisher price or melissa and Doug it would’ve $100. Incredible value. Definitely recommend.

Great for campers

Oh my goodness. I can't say enough about how cute this set is! And really, the value is amazing for the amount of things this comes with! My almost 3 year old loves to play camping in it. It really doesn't fit an adult and child per se, but I'm also hugely pregnant currently so didn't even try to get in it. He basically goes on in and I'll sit outside the tent and we'll play with all the odds and ends that came with it, my favorites being the things that actually turn on, like the little lantern, the little stove burner and the walky talkies. I'm very impressed with this set honestly and totally recommend.

I just love this cute little tent and accessories. My almost 2 year old grandson loves playing in it. I do have to watch him while he’s in there, the little hot dogs and steaks are a choking hazard, but you could remove them if necessary. He loves to wear the watch, pretend to cook, use the binoculars and just has a blast. Highly recommend. It would be cramped in there with an adult but perfect for one or 2 children.

I bought this for a 2.5 year old. He loves it! The pieces are cute and of good quality. The walkie talkies work but be aware they need batteries. The tent is big enough for two small children but small enough to leave up in the living room and not get in the way. The sides are made of mesh material so the tent is well lit and can be used indoors and out.

my son loves this toy, this was given as a gift (surprise ) from my sister. It is a complete package of toys and they are all well made and sturdy. the toys are rounded edges and can be perfect for mostly all age of kids. Just one observation is the tent... you have to be very careful when using it outdoor (like backyard) as the base of the tent is flimsy (no issues so far as we throw in a mat under the tent). Overall its worth the buy.

Me pareció muy barato cuando lo compré y al recibirlo quedé impresionado con todo lo que tiene, es de buena calidad y los diseños son bonitos. A mis hijos les encantó bastante. Lo único que falla y lo comprendo son los radios que tienen una mala señal, a veces no se entiende bien lo que se dice, pero por lo demás vale la pena ya que se ven muy durables.

Great deal for what you get. Some of the camping equipment is quite cheaply made but the lantern and binoculars work and the tent is big enough for a 2-4 year old.

Para regalo esta excelente, algunos requieren pilas y los hace ver mas real, como la lámpara. Trae su casita de campaña para 1 niño o maximo 2 peques. Muy contentos con el producto.
