The Scosche SAT69 Speaker Adapters are fantastic! I used them to install 6.5” speakers in my Toyota Tacoma, and they fit perfectly without any hassle. Used these on 2004 Lexus RX330 so I could install aftermarket 6.5" speakers. They fit perfectly, no issues. Very durable.

I was a little disappointed that this was not as big or stout as the OEM that I replaced in my 2006 Toyota Avalon XLS with JBL sound system. Fortunately, I was not expecting to get much more sound out of the Front Doors because I use the rear speakers more. The rear door speakers brackets will fit better and have "speed ring" to bring out the Mid range base more. Did fit and does work. 2 speakers down and 10 more to go.

Picked these up to replace the JBL speakers that came in my 2004 4runner limited. They were sounding aweful and one of them were blown. Anyway I tried to fit the Kicker DS65 6.5" Coax Speakers into this adapter and it would NOT fit. To have it fit i wouldve had to shave away some of the plastic which would have been a huge hassle. The back kind of sticks out and the speaker wont fit flush. The Alpine SPS-610 on the other hand fits perfectly. Bottem line the adapter fits most speakers and fits perfectly in a 2004 4runner.

Does not fit a 2015 Camry XLE. I had to drill my own holes in my door to make this fit.

This worked great on my Toyota 2008 FJ cruiser with 6 + 1 speakers. Perfect fit. Quick clean install. I installed a new Pioneer MVH-200EX Video AV system (and backup camera), and it didn't sound quite right afterwards. Then I looked at the OEM speakers. The door speakers were made of paper with a tiny magnet that weighed a couple of ounces. After replacing all 6 original speakers with front and rear Polk DB652 6.5" coaxial speakers the sound is awesome!

Perfect fit for front doors in my 2015 Tacoma double cab. Fit oversized 6.5" without modification. Plastic could be sturdier but it works fine. Wish it included a foam gasket, the non-scosche rear door brackets I ordered came with it but not these. For $9 you can't complain, faster/better than buying MDF and making your own.
