Peet's Coffee Major Dickason's Blend Deep Roast, Whole Bean (32 oz.)

I can be a bit of a Starbucks fan girl/snob. I LOVE this coffee! Only 4 stars for freshness as the last bag came with a hole. Someone noticed this because coffee bag was wrapped in plastic before it was shipped in box. I’m counting on this being a one-off situation as it’s not happened before. Didn’t have the vacuum seal intact. Still, will order again and again!

Our favorite whole bean coffee blend. We have tried to find substitutes, but none match our tastes.Good seller- they provided a "fresh" bag (<4 weeks from roast date, which unfortunately is good for internet resellers), and good customer support.

Bought this to grind enough for one cup in my French Press...it has a burnt undertone to the coffee that I don't get with other brands. Will not buy it again.

This blend is super. It is rich and full bodied without being overpowering. It is not over roasted or burnt like another brand I can’t stand that starts with S. I highly recommend this to anyone who like a dark roast coffee.

The only coffee we buy is Peets. It is dark and rich,full of body and delicious. The whole beans are wonderful. We fresh grind in the morning for the best tasting coffee.

Most coffee bags - including other Peet's that I have purchased - are resealable with those "wire" clasps on both sides that one folds back after folding the bag shut.This bag doesn't for some reason.So....unless you have a container to seal in the freshness of the unused beans (since not many will ground/use 32 oz. in one brew), you may want to reconsider other options if freshness is a concern.

I got tired of purchasing Costco Starbucks roast (in the green bag)--just not enough flavor for me. Went on a search and this one won out
