A little… but only if you want to roll them. If you leave them down at full length they’re fine. I bought the Medium size at the beginning of the year and bought the Large size a couple of weeks ago, and the Large feel much more comfortable around the calves, when they’re rolled up. (I’m 6’ tall and my waist is about 33”)
