However, the pictures show it separate..????** A: The spout easily snaps on to the base. I don't recall if it was attached when I received it but I have taken it off for cleaning and reattached. **Q: Having problem attaching water outlet. I finally put the drain mat on a folded towel so it was on a solid but not hard surface and then snapped the water outlet on. Modern. *by S***V on 17 July 2026* The top tier that holds plates is a little shallow, meaning large plates are only supported at the very bottom causing them to lean forward. That said, it hasn’t caused an issue as plates have stayed in place and not fallen out. I’d feel more reassured though if they were supported higher up like my previous rack. The lower part is adequate. Seems small but as I use a dishwasher for the majority of our washing up, we don’t really need any bigger. Love that it has a tray to collect water and was surprised to see how effective the over flow was draining into the sink. I thought it was just a gimmick but the water does actually go down and out through the drain tube. I’ve got a new sink going in so the tray should help protect the sink drainage area from limescale which we get quite bad down here in the South. I recommend it.
