The pillow is very comfortable. I use it to prop my husband's arm, which is immobile since his stroke. It provides support and reduces swelling. Well worth the price!

I was cautious about buying this, but I haven’t even had the surgery yet and using it sitting and sleeping helps me so much. Makes me so comfortable .. love this shoulder pillow.

Bought this for rotator cuff surgery recovery. It’s very soft and the correct shape but needs to be a little firmer. Wasn’t a problem. I added some extra foam that I had at home.

But it on top of other items from here for after surgery to help with support of shoulder and easing the pain after surgery. This pillow is amazing. It’s been 2 month after surgery and I’m still using it every night. A steal for your money!!!

I like this pillow when I seat on my recliner… I have a fracture on my shoulder and it has help me.

I have an old rotator cuff injury that flares up every so often. I thought a pillow like this would be a great choice to passively hold my arm in alignment where it's supposed to be despite the shoulder irritation and pain. The shape of the pillow is fantastic, but the stuffing is simply too soft for some people's needs. I think it would be great for others, but it depends on how your arm WANTS to lie versus how it NEEDS to lie. If you need more immobilization, for example, a soft sling combined with this pillow would probably work best for you. For me, I just need something a little firmer and thicker than the squished bed pillows I was already using. If it was a little firmer and came with an additional cover or two, I think this would be fabulous, but as it is, while this is a great pain management aid for lower-pain days, I don't think this is something I would reach for on days when my shoulder is really, really giving me problems.

Finally one of these pillows with a washable removable cover! Love it perfect shape and doesn’t collapse in under the weight of your arm, small enough to not feel like it’s overheating you at night as well.

The pillow came just in time for my shoulder surgery. It is just what I wanted. It is very comfortable for my shoulder.
