Easy to use
It is simple and convenient to use. There is no assembly required. It would cost a lot more than the purchase price to buy the individual components.

Great for the price
Shuts in a door jam or hangs from a hook. It was really sqeaky at first, but it works great. I had bicep tendon/ shoulder surgery and it is helping to get my range of motion back on my shoulder

Short
It works but isn't very long. My ohysical therapist had me purchase this for post surgery/bicep surgery. At PT I sit in a chair while using it. This isn't quite long enough for that.

the handles are hard plastic not soft easy grip like medical rehabs
These are fine but I do miss the softer easier rubber grip handles the hard plastic ones aren't as user friendly and don't offer the same comfort and secureness to your hands.
