I got this because I wanted to have an extra something exercise-related to do, especially when I'm spending too much time on the couch. I also got the heat wrap to go around my waist to add to the effort and protect my skin. It's really fun to do, pretty quiet, and a bit meditative. It takes a minute to figure out the rythym, but for me that's part of the fun. It's also a challenge to figure out what to do with your arms-but again, how can you maximize the effort? I find the rythym is easier to find if my arms are folded across my chest, not out, like in airplane mode. The weighted ball will definitely bonk a tall dog or child if they are not paying attention (I'm very short, though, that statement isn't true for all people). So far it's a win for me.

This hula hoop was the third one I had to purchase after the other two were super flimsy, cheap, noisy, and not as the products were advertsed. I watched a video about this product and it was highly rated. I decided to pay the cost, which there was a percent off and a coupon so it wasn't bad. I am so happy with this hula hoop. It is relatively quiet, durable, and is what it is advertised to be. The links can be stiff to take apart, but they get easier with use. When I put it on and remove it I remove 2 links and ease it off rather than unlatching it and forcing it off my hips. (The links can be a bit tricky to line up but with a bit of patience & practice it becomes easier.) I think you would be happy with this product. My husband just retired and I have gotten him a Swiss Activa - we will be a hula hooping pair! :)

I have had this for about a week now and really like it. I’ve never been able to hula hoop but got the hang of this pretty quick. I had a different cheaper brand before this one and it didn’t work near as well and I could never keep it going like this one.I think it’s pretty quiet. I’m not sure about how effective yet since I’ve had it for a short time. I do recommend getting a “belt” to wrap around your waist. It makes the loop work smoother and prevents your clothes getting caught in the groves. I got one for under $20 on Amazon.It can be a little difficult to get on and off but nothing I find to be a problem.

I'm not an moron to using one of these. I was looking to replace my old worn out hoop. So I know how to work this thing. However, the weight kept getting suck in the track. If you don't keep the ball at the same speed consistently (meaning challenging workouts that involve bending the knees or movement,) that causes the ball to slow, the track gets stuck and then won't complete it's movement and I'm stuck having to swing it around again. Unfortunately I'll just go back to the old brand I was using. I was just very interested in the quietness of the hoop so I can multitask with other things while I used it. But this just wasn't useful to me and I'll probably be returning it.

I like this a lot, it’s been helping me lose weight (about 4lbs in 3 weeks 30-45min/day) for sure and it’s been great to keep me going instead of my ADHD making me lose interest, however just from taking it on and off some of the pieces have broken :( if one more breaks it’ll be too small for me to be able to use itUPDATE: the seller contacted me and has sent a replacement for the pieces that have broken ☺️ you guys are awesome! Also lost almost 10 pounds in one month!

So I really wanted to LOVE this. I got the quiet model & it actually is much quieter than my previous two smart hulas I've tried. Huge plus. It wasn't difficult for me to put together which was nice, the colors were cute, timer/cal/rep piece is cool, & when it got going and swung around, it felt so smoothe. I was initially impressed. I thought I had found THE ONE! BUT.....** HUGE problem for me - I used it a couple days and I am hurting! It keeps getting caught/pinching my skin & material I'm wearing and stopping. Now I have a few bruises and my abdomen & back are way too sore. Prior to this hoop, I was using another brand smart hula for 30-60 min daily, getting a good sweat/workout and feeling so GOOD. With this model, it left me in pain with visual bruises. & Besides ripping a hole in my shirt, I went to an Urgent Care and they say I probably tore the fascia under my skin and have to take it easy for a while to heal up. No bueno! 👎🏼 My experience might not be yours, but just be careful. Had to share.

Does this work? Yes it does. I have been using about 5+ times per week since mid February (about 4 months) and I have already removed a link which I’m guessing is about 2 inches (I haven’t measured myself wanted to do for at least 6 months of consistent use before I measured). With that said I have had 3 links break off and the counter has quit working and Swiss Activate customer is non responsive; only way to contact is via email. Amazon has extension pieces that I ordered but the part is more than what I need. Since I’ve have this for less than six months I’d like to see the company step up. If not this is going to become very expensive having to replace the links

I bought this to be able to lose some weight. I've had it for several months now and have taken off. I wanna say about 5 of the sections. This is a great use for exercise. It's fairly quiet and it's really easy to put together and to take apart. Even my son loves using this.

I ordered this item in November as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It’s pretty, and feels like it is good quality but pieces broke off. I left a review concerning my problems and I was contacted offering me a refund or a full replacement. I have given them a second chance and accepted the replacement. Very pleased with their customer service. Hopefully this one holds up well.

Me gusta mucho sus colores y diseño y además que no es nada ruidoso, tiene el peso perfecto y es un buen aparato para iniciar una rutina de ejercicio. Está caro pero vale la pena!

My loop counter suddenly stopped working and I contacted them via IG, Rubegail helped and assisted me along the way until I receive my hoop replacement. It took a while but I appreciate the effort and updates she sent me from time to time. I'll start using it again and I hope it will help me to loose my belly fat. 🥰

Eerder een ander merk waarbij binnen drie maanden de wieltjes kapot waren. Nu dus voor deze gegaan en dat was een goede beslissing. Hij is niet geluidloos maar wel een stuk stiller dan mijn vorige hoepel en ook soepeler. Teller is handig om je vorderingen bij te houden en motiveert. Muziekje erbij en gaan. Aanrader!
