i love the color purple and these are the perfect dark purple, they go with my light purple and black accents on my bed so well. i had silk pillowcases before that were from the dollar store and i can definitely tell the difference, these juicy couture cases don’t snag AT ALL!! my hang nails and piercings don’t get caught on it unlike the other ones. these feel so much softer and better, the dollar store ones were nice on my face but not as much on my hair, these are so nice on my hair and skin. i just keep obsessing over the color and softness of them

Ordered these to coordinate with cream/ivory sheets. Color is wonderful - The cases are a tad long but no biggie. My husband’s hair usually leaves oil marks within a day or two on any pillowcase (cotton, satin, etc) and he has slept on them for a week and I cannot tell a difference between his and mine! This is great as I dont feel like I have to always make the bed to hide the stains. Highly recommend!

My hair is no longer a mess when I wake up! So far these are great. I have never used satin pillowcases before so I have nothing to compare them to, but they have held up through the first two washes, are soft and I recommend them.

Soft hair, no marks from bedding on my face and it launders well.

I am reviewing “Juicy Couture Satin Pillowcase for Hair and Skin, Ivory King Size Pillowcase Set of 2 - Silky Satin Cooling Pillow Covers with Envelope Closure”. I like these polyester pillowcases because they are soft and silky feeling. For those that are unsure of the meaning of “satin” vs. “silk”: “satin” is a weave, not the material from which the pillowcases are made. Referring to these pillowcases, the fiber they are made from is polyester, in a satin weave, which is smooth feeling. Silk is a natural fiber, and while these are not silk, they are silky feeling, and they are soft. My personal experience is that real silk is cooler, and silk does not snag as easily as polyester satin.Overall, these are nice pillowcases, and they are properly sized for my king-sized pillows. They are comfortable to sleep on and do keep my hair looking smoother. The envelope closure is okay but not as tailored looking as a zippered closure. However, these are nice pillowcases, and they are true to their description and therefore I am rating them 5 stars.
