Nearly half of the foam sheets were pitted and not unusable for their intended purpose. They all smelled of incense (possibly Nag Champa) which may or may not dissipate. They've been airing out for several days now and still smell. I asked the seller for a partial refund for the unusable pitted sheets and they were kind enough to send me a full refund. Good, prompt and polite customer service but they need better quality control and a better way to store products - which should be in an odor-free environment.
