This is a good product and feels nice in the ears. I like the results from this tool and it leaves the ears clean. My only complaint is more on me, and wanting to save money. The most annoying part is for sanitary reasons we swap heads for each family member and it's just a little annoying remembering who's head was who's.....I should just buy more....but I guess I am just being cheap.....It's a great tool, buy it.

Eliminate q-tips with this product. Works better than q-tips and even though q grins are reusable they come with extra heads. Try them, you can’t go wrong!

I purchased these hoping I would be able to clean my ears better than regular cotton swaps. If anything, they don't clean as thoroughly. Was hoping it would help with hearing without making a trip to the ENT to have them clean it, but I felt they were subpar. Will not purchase again.

My ears always seem to feel a little clogged and I never heard of these type cleaners before so I was excited.After trying them I had exactly no wax come out so kind of disappointing.Who knows, maybe I just don't have wax in my ears.

It comes with lots of tips and really gets the wax out without any discomfort. The tips are very flexible so not going to push wax in. It is a very clever design.

The handle is shorter and smaller in diameter than the original product which also comes in a plastic case. The good news is these tips stay on this handle better than the original. The tips and handle are NOT interchangeable with the original. Only 3 stars because it’s a knockoff.
