I ordered the kit with 5 packs of refills was £21 but worth it Loads on here or try ebay

Do you have to touch the sponge to remove it?

Yes. You absolutely have to touch the sponge! I sent ours back because it is not ‘disposable’. You can’t flush it. You have to pull quite hard to get the sponge off and there’s a piece of hard plastic attached which, in a perfect world, you’d recycle. But not once it’s been down the bog! Really quite useless! 😐

Can I order just the wand? I meant to order the pads and the wand set but accidentally ordered just the pads do I don't have the wand. Thanks

Does the chemical stain plastic toilets? I want to use it in a motorhome and don’t want to ruin the toilet.

To anyone that says they lost the disc in the toilet L, you can easily click it back on the stick if it does come off. Alternatively you would put a glove on or use kitchen roll to pick it up rather than flushing it to block your toilet and then need a plumber! I highly recommend this product not only for toilet purposes I use them in my kitchen bins, bathroom bins, even on the floor of hard to reach areas in behind toilet, inside my shower walls then rinse it down!
