The Physiology Coloring Book, 2nd Ed.

I found this extremely useful for my physiology module last term, lot's of brilliantly detailed hand-drawn diagrams with plenty of information, including a detailed passage on the page to the left of the diagrams as well as descriptions within the diagrams. It begins on a broader scope of physiology and becomes more detailed as you progress into the book, beginning with the basics in cell physiology and moving on to topics such as respiration, nervous system, endocrine and hormone regulation. This helped to reaffirm information from lectures as well as to grasp aspects I wasn't fully understanding. Make sure you have a great variety of colouring pencils because you're going to need them!

Excellent detail and pictures. Learning by colouring really works for me and its a fab break from reading. Info absorbs without effort. I've bought a few of this type of book but this is the best. I'm a Biomed student and can see this book standing me in good stead for a few years yet.

Really interesting book. It comes with an overview of all topics, generic explanations and with short explanation of process to help you follow the diagrams. Great for colouring and good quality paper, no issues with damaging the other pages when colouring. Good graphics explaining the different processes.

These are a brilliant set of books which are fun to colour in and seriously help learning and absorbing information as you go. I used them when I was learning Cranio-Sacral Therapy and found them extremely useful both as a learning aid and as reference books. Bought this one for my daughter who is going into Medical school

This is a really good book. I know nothing about science but I've embarked on a very science based degree. This is much more fun than regular learning. The only downside is I'm British and some of the terms are the American ones which are different to ours. A bit annoying. Why don't we all just use the same expressions. A good buy

This coloring book is very helpful for me, also on the difficult topics like the nervous system. I never did understand the nervous system very good and now suddenly I get it! At 1st glance the book looks really complicated and crowded but once started it's great and really easy to follow and clear. It is also fun to do. I also find it convenient that at the coloring page you find a short summary from the text at the left page, for some topics I only needed that.

This is excellent book to have if your serious about studying physiology. I have found it beneficial and it compliments my learning style even though the illustrations are a bit too detailed for one one page. The book arrived within the stated time and in good condition.

It's ok, but the paper is not as good quality as I hoped. Using felt tips bleeds through the page, and pencils don't show up very well.

Si eres alguien visual para estudiar este libro es una joya, tiene conceptos bien relacionados además de que vienen pequeñas explicaciones para relacionarlas con lo que estás con coloreando, puedes incluso usar plumones a base de agua y no se manchan las hojas tan fácil.

It provided a very easy and fun way to actually learn about the body! I received the book on time from the seller which is always satisfying!! Very pleased with everything. Some illustrations can be a bit confusing and hard to understand, but overall this is a great tool to learn about how the body is made up! Would recommend it to everyone who wants to learn about physiology!

Contém explicações sucintas de cada assunto, juntamente com esquemas e desenhos claros! A qualidade das imagens poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas não compromete os estudos. Recomendo o produto.

Just a great idea, as it was when it first came to print - highly recommended. Buying it won't increase your knowledge but using it will.

Avevo acquistato in passato altri libri di questa serie per cui sono rimasta molto delusa dalla pessima qualità dei disegni, quasi impossibili da colorare. I testi sono ottimi ma l'utilità nel libro sta nelle immagini che invece sono sbiadite e di pessima qualità.
