what happened to Molasses-Bacon seasoning?

Sorry to disappoint you but the Grill Mates Bacon Molasses seasoning has been discontinued. It is always a difficult decision to discontinue a product. We will let our Marketing team know that you are missing this product. ~ Erica

Can I only use it in grill? Or can I use to season for slow cooker (crock pot)?

You should be able to use it for slow cook as well because when you put the season in the crock pot the meat absorbs the seasoning.

Mine has a best by date of only 80 days from now, so these are definitely near the end of their freshened. And it DOES matter with dried spice
