It was made in Cleveland, Ohio by the Dill Mfg. Company and was called the Press-To Oiler. Not being able to find one, I found this pin oiler at Amazon. It's not quite the same, but works so well that I bought two more. The operating mechanism is a push-button on top which operates the valve in the oiling tube. It can deliver a drop (or part of a drop) of oil precisely where you need it. The valve, unlike so many others, seals very well. In fact one of my oliers is filled with Kano Kroil, one of the best penetrating oils available, and it doesn't dribble like so many other oilers I have owned.
