Spend way too much time outside in the sun, and even after keeping hydrated, I found out that I was still cramping up at night, because I needed to replace all the Electrolytes, I sweated out during the day... I was shocked at what these did for my husband!! My husband is pushing 40 and pretty active. He plays beach volleyball at a fairly competitive level and loves to play in tournaments. The problem is, no matter how much water or sports drink he consumes during a tournament he would get severe cramps in his back and legs (mostly after playing). A friend of ours recommended these, and we recently played in a tournament that lasted for 7 hours in 90+ degree heat. Had helped with hydration

I took one capsule a day for two days, and it made me severely constipated. I felt no symptoms of dehydration, which was good. I may have to experiment with dosing to minimize the constipation.

My mother an 83 yo diabetic who has been suffering from painful calf muscle cramps lasting several minutes about twice a night for over 2 years now. Nothing else she has tried helped much. My husband works construction and has since he was 17. He's 56. He works so hard and when he gets home his hands, arms, legs, feet cramp up. He has always drank large amounts of water all day. He doesn't want to drink Gatorade and sports drinks because they have a lot of sugar and he does not want to gain weight from the sugar. I found these electrolyte supplements on the internet and my husband LOVES THEM. They've changed his life. He does not cramp and feel washed out anymore. He finished his first bottle and I just ordered him 3 more bottles. His tendons and bones hurt from so many years of straining. I wish I could give him new tendons in his hands. I know 2 other men who have had seizures. One because he is an alcoholic and binge drinks too much and all of that alcohol dilutes the calcium, potassium, magnesium, (electrolytes) out of his cells and he has had seizures. I don't know why someone would be dumb enough to do that to their body, but he does. He can't get a job because of the seizures. I tried to get him to take these but he won't and won't stop abusing his body with alcohol. The other guy sits at a desk job and hates it and when he's off work he exercises at super high levels and sweats until his cells are depleted of electrolytes and he has had seizures. He drinks pedialyte to stop the seizures. I tried to get his wife to give him these but she didn't. I don't understand why. Anyway, these are GREAT! Thank you!!

I bought this the moment I realise the value it gives in a capsule compare to the other known brands in the market. It has been serving me well in my runs. My calve cramps have significantly been reduced, it works for my body and training regimen. This is my second purchase in preparation for the long runs to come.
