I ordered these really not believing they were going to be very effective. They are little and thin and I thought they would not cover the hole properly. I found that they open and close very easily and do cover the hole properly. The only thing I’ve had a problem with is occasionally they come off. They are easily reapplied. So that’s my only complaint.

They are cute, but they don't stay on. They slide around, need better adhesive.

These were such great value for the money. I got an 8pk, and I can fully justify them for what they do.My only concern is that they're a little thick thanks to the cover. Wish the manufacturer would've figured out a way to make them half as thin - not even sure if that's possible. But the way they are now, it makes my laptop cover stick open by half a millimeter. Which isn't a dealbreaker, but I also wonder if that's going to put undue stress onto the lid.Not a problem so far. But I've only had it a few weeks. Will keep my fingers crossed!But still recommending it as amazing value for what you get.

This AllureEyes Webcam Cover (8 Packs), Ultra-Thin Camera Privacy Covers set is a wonderful concept. Simple in design, but effective in function. I put one on my phone and my tablet, and gave a few to other family members to use on their devices. I cleaned the surface of my device as instructed, and then put the protective covers on. They are so thin and small that I found it difficult to peel the paper off the back of the cover, without it flipping over and sticking to my fingers. But, with a little patience, I finally got them on and found it was close to 36 hours before they were solidly stuck to the screen of each device. Once they’re adhered in place, the cover piece effortlessly slides back and forth. Easily enough that a few times I’ve noticed the little piece has slid over and exposed the camera lens on each of my devices at different times without my knowing it. But, for the most part, the cover stays in the position until I physically slide it over. These are very thin, so it allows the case on my tablet to completely close without a problem. It’s definitely peace of mind, knowing I have control of who or what might be able to access my camera and invade my privacy. I’ve only had one minor issue with the covers due to my having a screen protector on my phone. At the top, the protector has a small cut out area, and I placed the cover over the camera lens area, but there’s no glass for a portion of the cover to stick to. It wasn’t ideal to attach it that way, but I made it work. I have found the small oval sliding piece on the floor a couple times now, so it apparently pops out of the base piece a little easier on my phone because of the way I had to attach it to the screen protector. I’ve not had the same problem with the cover on the iPad, so know it’s due to not having a completely flat surface on my phone. I had no clue the cover had popped out either time, or what caused it to, but it easily popped back into place both times. Hopefully that won’t happen regularly, but I’m thankful there’s a few covers left in my package if it does and I need to replace it. I do like the simplicity of these…almost as much as I love the colorful designs! I love how they coordinate with my iPad cover. They look much more professional and finished than the piece of masking tape I’ve been using! I can see that there may be situations where the cover doesn’t work with a certain phone case or screen protector, but for the price, these are a relatively inexpensive option to try if you’re concerned about privacy on your devices.

I dislike having the web cam of my laptop uncovered since I know it's possible for the camera to be active without the light being on so I've been using various home made solutions involving paper and tape and the like to keep it covered. Which is fine until you start needing to attend a bunch of Zoom meetings and that silly paper and tape mess stops working worth a darn. Enter the little sliding covers. I wanted something with color so I can easily check that the camera is properly covered and these are quite pretty. They're very tiny, cover the camera just fine and slide back and forth evenly. One thing I would suggest is to have the camera on when you install the cover so you can make sure the cover isn't obstructing the camera when it's open because once you stick these things on they are tight and I suspect if you tried to pry one off because it wasn't on correctly the sticky stuff might not stick so well a second time. Then again, if you mess up there are plenty of others in the package to try again. Problem solved!

The package came already opened inside sealed bag. It's probably a return. Some were missing. It didn't stick, and came apart easily. 0 out of 10 for me.
