It was ok. Will have to read it again,but not actually by Wim Hof.

... gerade wenn man aufgrund der Vorrezensionen das Risiko kennt. Unter einem Berg von Wiederholungen und Lobpreisungen des Wim Hof in der 3. Person (wer ist eigentlich der Schreiber? KI?) findet man ein paar Hinweise auf seine Methode, auch Anwendungs-Warnungen bei gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen. Das ist doch sehr schön! Deshalb empfehlen muss man dieses Büchlein ja nicht, es gibt sicher sehr viel bessere Beschreibungen darüber.

I bought this mistakenly thinking it was an authentic Wim Hof book but didn't review it properly. My fault. The quality of the book however is not my fault. As son as my wife opened it pages started falling out of the book. The font spreads right across the page making it look like it was printed at home by a child undertaking a school project. Don't buy this. Even at the low price it was poor value.

Imagine ordering a book which you think is a real book and when it arrives it turns out to be some low quality piece of rubbish. Amazon is getting worse and worse for quality. Never again.
