Kids have recently got into Thomas and Friends and become familair with the various characters. We initially purchased a track not realising that it did not include any trains, so we've been picking up additional expansions to the train track along with additionals trains to add to it. (The trains work on any surface but just go in a straight line, but on a dedicated Thomas track itll follow the train in any direction) The trains are motorised taking AAA batteries, only down side is that its a little on the slow side (this could be down to the additional carriages on the back) so other trains on the track eventually catch it up causing some chaos and stress on the track, but monitoring the trains and activitily selecting the lever on the top to start stop the trains help keep everything moving smoothly. There are 3 parts to the set, the good thing is that they can all be detached and use just the train, any combination of the carriages or even add the carriages to other trains. Decent size and not too small, and the build quality is great that it wont just break after a few uses. Fun for any thomas fan and the whole family to interact with the trains.

Great if you don't want it talking or you don't want it stopping with other trains. Very good value.

this is the percy and brake car bruno train set from the brand fisher price, my kids are fan of thomas and friends, they’re so happy to get this new train set, it’s motorized, takes 2 x aaa batteries to run, it compatibles with all thomas and friends tracks there are 3 parts in the set, percy, bruno and the cargo truck, they could be detached or attached with any other trains, or vehicles in thomas and friends line this train set is made for little kids, train bodies are simple plain design, not into much detail, also the new 2d face makeover is “cute”, probably more easy to attract kids but as an adult i’m still more into the old percy face, as well as all old faces in thomas and friends series push the lever the train will run on track, it’s strong and fast, no problem to pull the truck and bruno (even more) to travel around tracks, the cargo cover could be removed and put something else to ride on all in all, i still need some time to get used to new thomas and friends design, anyway i’m satisfied with this product, would recommend
