A Good Travelling Companion
Despite a couple of very minor issues, I've given this little gizmo 5 stars because it fitted the bill perfectly. We have family in southern France who we visit at least once a year. My wife and I share the driving and as drivers, we both like to see what's going on when we're in the passenger seat. For safety purposes, another pair of eyes is always welcome. The blind-spot mirror was bought to attach to the nearside door mirror to give the passenger a clearer view of the road behind whilst 'on the wrong side' without a bobbing head interrupting the driver's rear vision, and this little mirror does just that.On the minus side, the instructions were non-existent. There was a general diagram on the packaging to cover all languages and it was useless. However, fitting is very straightforward and took only a few minutes. The car mirror needs to have a flat upper surface.First, the mirror has to be removed from the casing by undoing the self-tapping screw at the sharp end. There is a small metal bracket which fits through a slot in the bottom of the casing to clamp it to the body of the car mirror. A small spanner is provided for the two bolts. Once firmly in place, the mirror can be re-fitted hiding the fixing. The mirror is on a stalk with a ball and socket adjustment. The reflective surface is not the same quality as the standard car mirror but nor was the price. It only took a few minutes to get used to it and the passenger has time to do so. The fit was snug and unobtrusive and there were no issues with vibration or lack of adjustment in any direction.

Good product, but with problem
This is a nice sturdy lttle mirror. Real glass! The mounting is easy and secure, and the mirror is easy to adjust with fingertip pressure. However, it would be much more useful if the mounting bolts didn't limit the adjustment of the glass.I have mine set as far as it will go, and it still only gives a slightly wider angle than the existing wing mirror.I intend to chop and move the bolts to increase the limits that the mirror can be adjusted to, but not everyone will be able to do this.Without that small fault, a nice item.

Nice neat mirror
I bought two to fit to my Motor-home mirrors as it is difficult to see if you are turning onto a road at an angle, the mirror in it`s mount can be moved left or right but it is limited and the bracket to fix to your mirror only gives a small amount of movement, so I will need to modify the mount bracket to give a greater angle to the mirror, cannot fault the mirrors themselves, it`s the mounting adjustment that could be better.

Good product much better than the small stick-on ones.
I drive a lot in Europe and have been looking for a good size blind spot mirror for some time. This appeared to fit the bill and at a price well worth a try. This is a good quality mirror and sits nicely on top of the car near side mirror. I am very pleased with the result. However, you should be prepared to modify the fitting method to suit your vehicle. The small clamp supplied may not fit your wing mirror well as they vary enormously. I used some strong double sided adhesive tape (No More Nails) and a small screw instead.

Cheep Quality and Does Not Fit
This item is very cheaply made and poor quality - also it does not fit my vanMy mirrors have a slight chamfer on them and when I tighten the fixing screws that hold this mirror in place it just slides off the vehicles mirror housing - not a lot of use.

Not robust
The first time we drove our camper with these mirror's fitted to both the left and the right hand main mirrors, the glass shook loose and became dislodged. We had to pull over on the side of the motorway to retrieve the mirror glass before it fell off completely. The weather was dry and the mirrors had only been in place a few days. Although the mirror is slightly convex the plastic back plate that takes the adhesive pad is not. Add to this the state of the M25 road surface these days and the result was they didn't last very long at all. The remedy is, of course to re-glue them, providing you can salvage them before they have dropped off, but I would have preferred a stronger bond to start with.

well worth the money
Was given an old BMW E36, the offside mirror was rubbish, small, and with a huge blind spot, ordered this as the round ones that fit on the glass itself, would have been too big, but this is perfect, easy to fit, and seems pretty secure, gives good vision no distortion, and does not leave me wondering if I am safe to change lanes. Highly recommended for anyone whose car has poor mirrors.

Not bad
This mirror does give a good field of view and it's adjustable once in place. My problem was in fitting it to a Transit door mirror and getting to stay there - the idea is that you stick a plate to the top of your mirror & then tighten two screws to get the unit to stay in place. In practice, I found the mirror moved about (it only needs a tiny movement) and I didn't relish over-tightening the screws given that the door mirror is plastic. Not bad for money though and undoubtedly will be fine in many applications.
