I bought a set of Oxford Panniers and tail bag through an MCN offer back in 2003. I’ve used them every year for touring and they have been very good. I’ve just finished the NC500 and noticed that one of the panniers had started to split. I had kept the original invoice and posted the damaged bag to Oxford Products, I expected a repaired Pannier in return !!! What I received was a brand new set of 50 Litre panniers in Blue as were the originals, I was gobsmacked. Oxford Products had stood by its “Life-time guarantee “ if you are the purchaser and kept the sales invoice. Highly Recommend.
