It's like a conversation with a friend. The author's voice is ever present.Mental Health is very important and reading books like these with calm vibes is very helpful.The anecdotes at the start if every chapter were like Aesop's fables which made this book more attractive to read.The concept of Self Therapy is so good. The author has given many experiments and activities that we can do ourselves.

This is such a helpful book to read, who are really wanted to know how mental health and how to deal with it.If a person is figuring out his mental health O he is trying to find solutions for that, then he/she can read this book for sure.Each chapter will give you the meaningful message and beautiful story that can relate to their current situation and in the each chapter, there will be questions about each story and they can answer and it's really helpful to identify their flaws and fears through this way.I really liked it about this booka and also each chapter comes with illustrations, that's kind of cute and unique way to convey message to the raders.This book gives you the hope and solutions to how deal with it and it can be practice of being stable and healthy lifestyle. Perfect mental health is a self help book written by an expert psychologist Zimi Angad Singh. He has tried to write this book as to make us feel that we are actually in therapy.Every chapter starts with a story and proceeds through what we should learn from it. The best part about this book is at the end of every chapter there are exercises to do, like maintaining a journal, writing down answers to questions , etc. These little tasks help us to evaluate ourselves better.The only thing I didn't like about this book is it's too lengthy. It could have been more brief and to the point.If you are looking for some guidance to your inner peace and you want to evaluate yourself then you should go for this book.

Zimi Angad Singh's Perfect Mental Health: The Complete Guide To Mind Body Spirit deals with a topic that most self help books gloss over. This talks about the importance of mental health along with the physical health. There is a correlation with the two, like If our physical health improves, our mental health too but in most cases, even the people with perfect health suffer from mental health problems since the scars that are formed by mental issues are not visible to public and we tend to cover the exterior instead of the important interior. Even in this day and age, people has a bad impression about going to a therapist to work on oneself and this book comes in handy for the people working on that specific issue.
