Great Choice
So far so good. Crystal clear images & prompt alerts sent to my phone. Only been using them for two weeks so far & had no issues at all. The cameras work well with the EZVIZ solar panels as well. I recommend these cameras & if anything changes, I will update my review.

Great camera for the garden.

Great, but not for me, BECAUSE...
I bought Ezviz security camera to replace my old Blink XT2 security system. Both has FHD, but I have to say, Ezviz has much better video quality (especially at daytime) and wider angle 👍 and I was quite happy with picture quality when fully stopped video and fully zoomed in (picture 1️⃣ and video 1️⃣). It has good battery. I've been doing a lot of testing all day long and battery dropped only one precent. Of course you can use solar panel to keep your battery alive, so it should last ages 👌 Another think what I liked, if you disarm system, camera still recording when it detects motion without sending notifications, which I think is cool! Another good thing, there is 32GB storage instaled, so you don't have to buy memory card separately 👍👍 I love that, because I'm not a cloud guy and I don't want to pay for that. So it is not bad camera at all 👍 One of downsides is, motion detection didn't detect me when I was walking from my back yard up to my back door and you can see in picture 2️⃣ where it started recording me. So it is less motion detection distance than Blink. But I could live with that, because I want to use two sexurity cameras there - one for driveway, another for backyard. So why this camera is not for me? There is no place where I could attach security camera somewhere high... So if thief will steal the camera and press reset button, not I just loose the camera, but also loose all recorded footage 👎 as you can see in picture 3️⃣ So if you can place it somewhere high, I really recomend this camera ✌️ it has nice picture quality, a lot of cool features for only £55 with solar panel on deal 🤯

Highly recommended product.
Excellent product, fantastic picture quality and even in bad dull weather conditions the solar panel keeps the battery charged to full capacity. Speed of notifications and alerts is almost instant. I have bought four units.

Please read before you purchase.
Ok so I've taken my time in testing these cheap battery cameras and came across a few issues that may change your mind buying one. I'll start with the good stuff. The camera picture quality is really good, it has a nice wide angle lens. It records to the SD card (free) and cloud (subscription). It's advertises a 110 battery life with it's typical certain amount of uses per day. The pir is really good and has the odd flase hit. Infrared is also very good and excellent night vision picture or colour. Ok here's the bits will either make or break future purchases. The camera bracket is absolutely useless, you cannot angle the camera at a side angle, its poorly designed. It's a screwed plastic cover with a rubber insert to keep the bracket in place, if you tighten too much it just over tightens and slips and this doesn't give you a sturdy mount. In the app you cannot download off the SD card footage it's captured to your device, you have to play the video back and record the screen. You can only download and save to your device using the subscription service. These cameras are being mis-sold as the SD card function is totally useless as you cannot use on your own pc as the files are encrypted. Ok your thinking that's not an issue I'll take the SD card out and play it back on my computer, no you cannot do that either, the footage will not playback on a computer. The PC software is awful, it's simply terrible to work. Nothing works like they say it works, the LAN connected cameras don't work, I believe this is too stop you downloading the footage as everything is encrypted. You don't actually own the SD card footage either. Battery life, ok it's pretty good to be fair in normal circumstances. WIFI connection, now this will still record if you don't have a WiFi connection but and this is a big but, this will kill your battery in 1 day flat. I think this is a firmware issue that the camera is looking all the time for a WiFi connection when it don't have one and it's killing the battery. Solar panel, I do not have the original micro usb solar panel, but I do have a reolink micro usb solar panel, same connection but it will not charge the camera from this other source. I'm not sure if they have some kind of protection on the port to stop other solar panels working. I'm not sure if they plan to change any of the issues I've raised. The biggest one for me is the non WiFi draining the battery life. I did buy x3 of these and would NOT buy them again. It's pretty clear once you buy these cameras that they are subscription based only, but only after you do some research. I feel liked I've been conned.

Good app and camera
Camera and solar panel has been in for 6 months. Working well, with the app sending notifications. Waiting to see how it fairs in the Scottish winter of darkness!

Easy set up and fixings
Good heavy weight product, easy to set up and link to wifi and app took 10 mins. Set up at front of my house and is picking up anyone coming up the path. Battery has dropped 5% in 12 days so should easily get 200+ Only downside is it's max range is 7.5m so missing some the drive, maybe missed this in the Description. But doing the job i purchased it for.

Ok standalone but didnt manage to integrate successfully with Home Automation. Paid cloud service.
Overall this camera is ok. It's a neat package with the battery, storage and solar power included. However I found the setup somewhat confusing and I bought this to work with Home Assistant which I was unsuccessful at integrating. I couldn;t get the video to show. There were some settings that needed to be changed, but were inaccessible from the UI for some reason. It all just became too difficult, so have returned it. You also have to pay for a cloud service if you want to access remotely. If you are using it standalone, I am sure it would be fine and the price is good. However it didn't do what I needed for deeper integration.
