Unfortunately this was needed and performed prefectly.
Our daughter was in hospital for the first part of her life so we were made very aware of the risk of burns to children which was one of the reasons I wanted a full kit. Also with the current situation in the UK I absolutely wanted to provide cover in case of delays. She managed to get hold of my wifes cup of tea in a travel mug in an instant and tip it on herself. Between the 30 min wait to get through on the phone (basically we just confirmed what we had done in the end, the first 20 mins of a burn is key, so... 0 points NHS) and the 2hrs waiting in A&E the only care she got was from us for a fairly large and serious burn... basically unacceptable. This kit has two medical burn dressings and gel and two cool packs, without it I'm certain she'd have been scarred for life. That's just a few parts of a big kit. When she finally was seen she was acting like nothing had happened the A&E Drs were very impressed with the dressing and it really, really did its job. It's healing but taking time, without this kit could have been totally different. Total no brainer everyone in the UK needs these now. Not the little toy kits proper ones like these.

Alot of of stuff and the bag is it not as big as I thought, which is perfect for my small car boot

well stocked, not so easy to organise.
This is a good first aid kit, it contains all the necessities needed and more, the shears were quality too, i will say the ability to organise items within the bag is a little harder as its more or less a rucksack full of items but there are a few pockets and places to section different things off, I've got plasters, wipes and tape in the front for quick access.

Not a First Reponse Kit, This is a Basic First-Aid Kit!
I leave this review as someone who was trained in & held the role of a Qualified Critical/Trauma First-Aider for over 5 years at ABP UK! I personally feel that this Kit, which I purchased with my own money, is nowhere near a First Response Level Kit! The Kit provides almost everything you'll need for Basic First-Aid... but Nothing beyond that... The Bag that the kit comes in is also Very Disappointing! The bag does not have enough compartments or elastic strap holders to hold all the standard First-Aid gear, included in the kit!

Large but basically a first aid kit, not a trauma kit.
Easy way to start building up that apocalypse kit. Loads of space in the bag. Seems tough enough. Good range of products for basic first aid. Deffo need to top it up with more trauma gear.
