Works great
This works as advertised, keep it clean and I suggest wetting it to help your materials go further. Very absorbent.

Amazing! Just saved a $2500 windshield replacement on my Lexus!
I'm impressed by the performance of this polishing wheel! Combined with CeO2, it removed deep key scratches on the windshield's driver point of view, and a long wiper blade scratch. The wheel is not perfectly flat as the axle got a bit deviation after 2-3 hours of non-stop use with a battery drill, and it doesn't lay flat on the windshield, but with a bit more handle power it still does the job. The deviation was to be expected as the rotational forces, and the liquid CeO2 mass changed the pressed wheel fibers form.Other than that it is perfect! I give it 5 star rating and I would recommend the product highly! I saved tons of money on windshield replacement from using this product.

Does what it needs to do
Polishing wheel good quality. Did cause a distortion of the windshield glass, but the lighter scratches are gone for the most part. Did get wobbly over time when flat so had to polish on corner edge. Also polish sprayed everywhere so take precautions to cover surfaces will speed cleanup afterward.

Works well.
Worked well for polishing a discolored burner area on a glass stove top. We used the pad on a standard drill. The polishing material does build up on the pad, so you want to make sure you dampen the pad with water as you're working to soften the build up.

Not satisfied
Go this product along with some others things to go with it, thinking it will help with removing light scratches off my front windshield of my car but it didnโt. Maybe I underestimated the scratches. And need to just replace the window. But the metal piece part came off, wonโt be using this anymore, nor buying it

Seems to be a quality polishing buffer.
I will be using this polisher (and Serium Oxide) to clean the haze off the glass screen on a propane heater as soon as the weather moderates. I don't feel like removing the glass during adverse temperatures. A replacement glass screen is no longer available so I will do what I have to do to keep the heater serviceable.

Shaft separated from wheel pad
The polishing pad is made of good material and worked well until after about an hour the drill shaft separated and spun within the pad, making it useless.Update - to replace the factory shaft, I pulled it out and drilled a hole all the way through the center of the pad and installed a 3/8" diameter 3" round headed carriage bolt, with anti-turn torque washers on both sides of the pad. I used a nut on the side of the pad opposite of the head of the bolt to tighten the bolt to keep the washers in place and countersink the bolt head to keep it from scratching the polished surface, even though the wheel works best when using the edge of the wheel for polishing. It now works great, I can put as much pressure on the wheel as I want and the pad does not slip on the shaft.

Great for polishing some rough looking glass!
I bought a used aquarium. It was very dirty. When I got it home and cleaned it up the glass was in bad condition. I cleaned, buffed and polished and now it is shiny and new looking. The polishing bit helped great in my process of restoring this aquarium
