This is now the only vitamin D supplement I use, and I’m extremely happy with it. Apparently all of us in the UK are deprived of vitamin D from the sun from October to March every year - personally I think that is very optimistic! In more recent times it has been found that vitamin D is better absorbed when taken along with K2 and that's what this Better You spray delivers in just three delicious sprays in the mouth every day. This is the higher strength of D3&K2 that BetterYou sell, research into vitamin D is now also suggesting that many of us have a genetic predisposition to requiring more vitamin D, so I guess in the absence of a move to a tropical island or year round sunshine holidays (I wish!), this is a useful replacement. BetterYou oral spray supplement are really easy to use and are backed by decent science that they are efficacious. This one small bottle will last around 30 days (3 sprays per day) for one person, which makes it very cost effective. It's also small enough to keep in your bag, pocket or glove box to have to hand in case you forget your daily dose of sunshine substitution. Quick tip: Vitamin D is fat soluble so if you want to make sure you're getting the most out of this spray, use after you have eaten some good fats; Kefir, yoghurt, Brazil nuts ('only 2 per day or you'll get fat' as my old GP used to say!) etc - unfortunately crisps do not count as 'good fats' which has been a source of deep disappointment throughout my life. This is a good product, at a good price, easy to use from a good company with impressive credentials and backed by solid research.

I’ve been using this vitamin D spray for a couple of months now and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to use, tastes fine (which isn’t always the case with sprays), and it’s much more convenient than swallowing tablets. I keep it by my toothbrush so I remember to take it every morning, and it’s just become part of my routine. I do feel better when I’m taking it consistently – especially through the darker months. It’s hard to measure exactly, but I definitely notice fewer dips in energy compared to when I forget to supplement. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that it doesn’t seem to last the full 30 days as stated, even though I’m sticking strictly to the recommended dosage. I find I’m running out a few days earlier than expected, which is slightly frustrating when you’re trying to reorder in time. That said, I would still repurchase. It’s good quality, simple to use, and does what it’s supposed to – I just wish it stretched a little further.

Love this spray for the fact it isn’t a tablet to swallow, tablets make me gag. This spray is easy to use, tastes fine and comes with its health benefits. I use D3 for my bone health and to support my hormone balance (being menopausal, I need all the help I can get, right ladies?) - since using it, I have had less stiffness and bone soreness.

The taste is nice peppermint. Hard to say if it's working or not, but don't feel worse, so I suppose that's a good side. The bottle is actually tiny, and to get the advertised dose, you need to spray 3 times. I find such practice annoying and dishonest. I don't mind spraying 3 times, but don't advertise it, like the one high dose is in one spray. For the money paid, I don't think this product is worth it - 30ml is a really small bottle and buying them constantly or buying in bulk just creates unnecessary plastic waste. Just make the bottle bigger, increase the price if you have to, to reflect it. A 50/100ml bottle wouldn't be that big so you can't take it with you (if this was the idea).
