Q: Anyone tried putting a lanyard on one of these yet ?

Its pretty small. Probably could add like a pouch and attach or something ncorporate the lanyard into the pouch. Otherwise drill a hole.

Easy to open; not so easy to close, if you have thumb issues.

Q: how do i open and close this damn thing?

Open by pulling the tab on the side of the blade. Once it is opened, push it all the way to hear a click or reach a stop. When you close, right behind the open blade you will see a flexible bar. Move that left or right while pushing the blade closed.
