Let it plug and play, then have to find the device in other devices (device manager). Change device driver to use one you select, then select Generic Bluetooth Adapter. Works fine after that.Range is same as my class 2 devices, so a bit of an anti-climax. Also having to re-do the above every time I reconnect a USB dongle is going to get tired very fast.Utility you can download from website makes no difference and not very intuitive.If not in IT or quite tech savvy, you should probably find another product for an easy life.

it says it's a class 1 bt device but compared to this one (which i had for couple of years) https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00NUXA2VG/the range is actually slightly lower ...for me it ended up being a waste of money to change it - no improvment in range but the oposite.

Hi recently bought - after overcoming - it wont work there's no drivers reviews from a couple of years ago.Anyways Windows 7 64-bit - needed a class 1 bluetooth dongle to enable bluetooth headphones. The model I got was the BT0015 one. It comes a standard small dongle - and CD with all necessary drivers. So cd in the disk drive - autorun.exe and let it install the drivers.Once finished - popped it into usb slot - system recognised it straight away - and headphones - Plantronics Backbeat pro 2 - paired instantly.This dongle does what you want it to do - great streaming to headphones - have done up to 20 yards through two walls (internal not solid brick) - still worked.So ignore the scare stories in the reviews - its a standard dongle, with drivers supplied, which installed perfect on my Windows 7 laptop.

Fantastic. Bought to connect to a SMA SunnyBoy solar inverter. Installed it WITHOUT installing the supplied drivers and using Windows drivers and it connects straight away. Range is good too, being a Class 1 which is 100m (50m there and 50m back) so practical range is 50m.. Working well on Windows7.

I bought this dongle to interface with a Parrot Zik headphone, but have had endless problems trying to get it to work properly. Even the initial driver installation failed as the driver disk provided didn't seem to include all the necessary drivers. The Logilink website didn't have any current drivers (I have 64-bit Win-7 Pro), and when I contacted the Support crew they sent me a link to download a new driver but this also did not work.At this point I have stuffed it into the bottom of a drawer and will likely never use it again unless they actually start to provide some proper driver support.

Works without additional drivers with Windows 10. No problems with connecting to Sony DS4 gamepad, either with Steam or DS4Windows. DS4Windows reports 1.5ms input delay.
