Cutest Ever Baby Knits: Over 20 Adorable Projects to Knit

I have not actually tried all the patterns yet, so I cannot speak for any possible errors or typos but I have to say I think all the patterns in the book are really adorable. I sell my knits and crochets so for me any of these patterns could easily sell and I could put any of them to use. I feel like there are def a little more girly patterns than boys provided, however thats fairly common in any knitting book I find good. By the look over of patterns they are well written and have patterns that I would rank as beginner up to fairly intermediate. I have been a knitter for 16 years now and I found this book to be worth the money.

I made the booties on the cover for a friend's baby shower. I made them out of cotton yarn instead of wool because here in the central valley of California it tends to get quite toasty. They turned out just as cute as the picture. I stuffed them with tissue paper so they would hold their shape and used them on the package instead of a bow.I am also considering making the berrylicious set. I just need to have another little one to knit for.

I don't usually buy the brand of yarn that a pattern calls for, but with these patterns I think you have to! I couldn't find yarn to make the projects. I should add, however, that I was not going to a specialty yarn store (just Michaels and the like). Also, I'm still a novice knitter, so maybe an experienced knitter would have an easier time finding something that works.

i had borrowed this book from the library several times, thought I may as well have my own copy. Have found a couple of errors in the patterns, but generally its a great book.

I love the different designs in here. Looking through the book though I found some of the pages wrinkled. But I still have enjoyed the book and have knitted a pair of booties out of it :-)

A terrific collection, with truly adorable baby knits. I made the strawberry shoes, the slippers decorated with doggie heads, and two sweaters as gifts for children of friends and family. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everyone who has received these presents really loved them.

I wonder how many of the previous reviewers have actually attempted one of the patterns given in this book. I have just completed the teddy hoodie, which looks wonderful in the picture. The jacket itself is fine, but the hood is much too small for a six month old baby's head, and would have been very tight around his neck. Despite being a reasonably experienced knitter I could not see a way to make the hood any bigger, but I did manage to improvise a collar to replace the hood, which looks quite good. I wasted quite a lot of time and effort on a useless hood though!

The patterns are lovely - if you could actually follow them to get the finished result. I have knitted two things from the book so far, the strawberry bootees and the just rosy mittens BOTH have mistakes in them. Fortunately I am an experienced knitter and could work out how to correct them but it is very irritating to have to pull out your work and figure out how it should be done. If you knit to relax as I do I would stay clear of this one.

I wish i had read the reviews! I am so annoyed. The book looks lovely i love the strawberry booties!!!!!!!. I couldnt wait to do the Just Rosy set,After starting it i realised the pattern was wrong. I pulled it out 3 times, When i read the reviews it states this pattern is incorrect so why is it still being sold? I actually thought i was losing the plot and i had lost the skill of reading a pattern correctly. So my advice is dont buy it.
