A great book on the oil market, not just on the mechanics of trading - including excellent sections on technical analysis, risk/reward management, and correlations, among others - but also on how the geopolitics of each of the major countries involved in oil can and do influence the big price trends in it, allowing traders to make big profits while keeping risks low.These geopolitical analyses are at the front end of the book - and include all of the major Middle Eastern oil countries (Saudi, Iran, Iraq and so on) plus other big players (Russia, the US, China etc) - and are really good reads in themselves, aside from showing the repeated patterns that occur in each of them that produce long-running price trends.There are equally in-depth sections on how this all fits into the overall history and structure of the oil market, and the pricing and trading cycles that these produce, and all of this is done as well with actionable trading ideas that lead to long-running winning trade ideas.All in all, excellent.
