Wow, I was surprised at how minimalist these are. Weighing hardly anything and having a hardy sole with drainage holes, these seem durable but only time will tell. Loops front and back of the ankle make for easy wearing, coupled with the adjustable elasticated laces I get a good fit every time even with my wide feet. Walking around has a natural feel, I know I am not barefoot but the interface is more sensitive than trainers. I have only worn them around the house for now but the insight gained makes me confident that in a watery environment these will do just fine.Be aware though that sizing should be via the EU standard as the seller has no idea about the UK standard (45=10.5 not 11.5).

The size fits as I expect. Snug and can be tightened so cannot drop off feet when paddle boarding or kayaking. Insole can shift when you are putting them on, hence not 5 stars. Good for walking on ground, mud, etc as firm and drain quickly. Have used in a swimming pool when doing indoor kayaking and then the grip on tiles under water is terrible - no purchase when trying to push a kayak onto the side.

Like others I was skeptical about these , but after one day's use and walking over 15 miles on varied surfaces my feet and legs were not as sore as they would be from waking in normal trainers , I noticed some complained about the elastic ties being too long , I found it easy to take the plastic fastening off and then shorten them and replace the fastening, then the shorter ties can be tucked under the elastic ties .So after just one day of use I am pleased with my purchase

I bought these to use for exercise and the fit is perfect, like a second skin. They offer exceptional grip on the rubber matt. They are well made, ultralight and also amazing for summer walks in the country side or even around town.The cinch laces are a bit too long but these can be shortened by cutting them.

I am so happy that I had read previous reviews about sizing. I sized up by 1/2 size and they fit great. I wore them for a whole day. They are extremely comfortable, I really felt my toes could spread out.

Ordered for beach, sea and generally wandering around on holiday.Fit ok, look funky and dried quickly so all in all quite please.Can even be used as casual trainer type shoes for walking fair distances.
