This bedskirt adds a touch of elegance to my bed and bedroom. I bought it in white so it could match all of my quilts and comforter sets.The material is what I was looking for; 100% cotton linen and no, you cannot see through the material.This is one of the best finds for me! Pure linen pieces are hard to find and they are also very expensive. This bedskirt is just perfect! The price is super reasonable for the quality that you are acquiring. I made sure to measure the drop before ordering. It came back as I ordered and it was perfect! If I could give six stars to this item, I would! Enjoy!!!Note: I have not washed it yet.

This definitely arrived wrinkled but I would expect that from a folded linen bedskirt. It’s exactly as described and had nice tight corners so it did not slide around much at all when placing the mattress back on top of it.I steamed out the wrinkles with a hand steamer and it’s perfect. Also - the review asked me to rate the “sheerness”of this item. It is not sheer, nor is it advertised as such so not sure why that was included.
