I've used different brands and now stay with Pure. I love that Pure doesn't add any of the junk additives to their supplements, and I think it makes a difference in the effectiveness I notice. This dosage size and the quality have been perfect. I'll use it on average about 3-4 times a week about 1 hour before I want to sleep and its really great. I highly recommend giving it a try

I can't tell any difference when I take one before bed.But, if I take 2 on empty stomach before supper, I seem to rest better.

GABA is not to be confused with the prescription medication GABApentin. Most people who might order this are familiar with this supplement. My order was a very good price and was shipped immediately. I have ordered GABA several times from the "PURE" company. To find this brand, you will need to go to their Amazon store. I could not find it with a regular Amazon search.

I've used GABA for months with no issues. I switched to this brand and had a severe allergic reaction and ended up in the ER. Idk what's in these but I won't buy them or recommend them
