Una compressa al giorno è pratica e non costringe a continui riordini, cosa che apprezzo molto. Le compresse sono piccole, circa 5 mm, e si deglutiscono senza difficoltà. La formulazione è semplice, vegana, senza glutine e senza magnesio stearato, dettaglio non scontato se fai attenzione agli eccipienti. Nessun fastidio gastrointestinale nel mio caso. La assumo in associazione alla vitamina D e, pur sapendo che gli effetti non sono immediati né percepibili nel breve periodo, mi dà tranquillità sapere di usare una K2 MK7 nella forma più studiata e stabile.
