Harder Seat Than I Expected.
First Impressions:Pro's: Fast Delivery, Good Communication From Seller, Super Easy Assembly.Con's: Not Brown as it looks in the picture. (More of a Steel Gray). Hard Seat But Good Lumbar Support.Back Story: I had a wonderful motorized maroon colored, soft to sit in, lounge reclining chair. Looked almost exactly like this one. It started to bite the dust a couple of months ago, not closing all the way, back slipping when reclined, sometimes not closing at all. The motor eventually tore a nice slice into my carpet with many of the apparatus bars attached bending and broken. It lasted me 13, maybe 14 years. I LOVED this chair and hated that I had to get a new one. Needless to say I looked at the same furniture company but it was discontinued. So I turned to Amazon and after looking at many different chairs, chose this one because it looked the same and I thought a dark brown might look nice.Present Time: The chair arrived very quickly and the communication from the seller, who contacted me first without my asking, said to make sure we were home for it's arrival. My car was in the shop, so my wife was home. She texted me that it had arrived and the box was heavy. (I would later agree, but it wasn't as heavy as the one I was getting rid of.) She's petite and doesn't have a lot of upper body strength, so take that into consideration. She did manage to move it into the garage for my arrival. The picture in my head is of Sisyphus pushing the boulder up the hill. The chair came in one box, which is good, as some other ones I looked at came in two separate one, sometimes arriving on different days. After disassembling my old chair, which was a feat in and of itself, with both my wife and I bringing it down 2 sets of stairs (in pieces) from our office, we then opened the box for the new one from this seller. Very nicely packed. The top back of the chair came out of the box easily and was pretty light to carry. The bottom half still needed two people to carry and I was out of breath after two flights of stairs. (My wife is a champ helping me with this.)Set up the bottom simply by moving it into the place of my old chair. Attached with "zippers" the arm cushions which were clearly marked right and left, and then lifted the back and slipped it on until it clicked.EASY AND VERY SUCCESSFUL ASSEMBLY, PROBABLY 10 MINUTES. For that I give it 5 stars.I immediately noticed it was a bit smaller, but my old chair was meant for large people over 300 pounds and I'm way below that and only 5'9". That old chair was wide. This one is a good width. I have room on both sides. I'm in my 60's and my butt has spread a little bit. Plenty of room in my estimation just not as wide as the other.>>>Sat in the chair to check out the recling part and immediately noticed that it was pretty hard.<<<Now it's possible it just needs to be broken in. I did notice more lumbar support. But it is really firm, not soft. Not rock hard, but kind of like a really firm mattress.Arm cushions are firm. Leg area once reclined, not as cushy with thinner foam used. My feet definitely dangle off the end of the chair in TV watching mode and gets a little better in full recline napping mode. The first spontaneous words out of my mouth with zero hesitation were "Ooo, This is really hard."...to which what my said, "Well that's the chance you take when you order a chair you haven't tested from Amazon."She isn't wrong. Conclusion and Bottomline: Even with everything I wrote, I won't return it. The price wasn't bad and while I'm disappointed in the firmness, it's not a deal breaker for me. Also I just got it. Literally, been sitting in it for half an hour of which some of the time in it, I wrote this. It could loosen and soften up. If it does, I'll come back and report that to you.As my dad used to say, as he was the King of finding workable solutions for a decent price, (Think "A Christmas Story" with the tree buying scene)......"It'll do".

Okay for the price. But, just okay.
Okay for the price. But, just okay.Other than the arm rests, this chair was easy to assemble. The armrests must be zipped on and that step was really awkward & surprisingly difficult. The chair seems smaller than advertised. I had high hopes that this chair would be more comfortable; The foot rest is very short. I'm only 5'9" tall and my feet and lower leg stick out past the end of the foot rest by about 18". There is no place to brace your feet on the foot rest so it's not possible to bend your knees at all while resting on the chair. Also, there is no lumbar support whatsoever and the seat is strangely hard.I'm keeping it because I really need a place to sit & this chair is here, & the best I can afford for now. But, if I had known in advance I would have given it a pass and waited until I could afford better. Lesson learned. I will not buy another recliner on-line.

It is not very comfortable. Hurts my back.
Looks good, easy to assemble, but is not very comfortable and hurts my back after a short time period.

Nice Recliner.
Shipped quick. Provided tracking. Super easy to put together. I bought two. Had them together in about 10 mins. They are super soft. Lightweight and seem to be very strong. I’m impressed. The only thing right now I dig dig is the redline position is different from every recliner I’ve ever owned. It gets you straight planed our really quick. I feel like your hips should sink more into the seated poison while reclining. We will see how I get used to it. I do recommend it though.

Pleasantly Surprised!
The chair was easy to put together and was in perfect condition. It seems to be good quality...not the highest quality but good for what you pay.

Not a lazy Boy
I have been buying through Amazon for several years and I am very disappointed Amazon letting the advertisement for this recliner as a Lazy Boy in large print. The recliner itself is very uncomfortable and certainly not for a tall person. I am 5'-8" and my feet hang over the leg support. I am 78 years old and thinking I was getting a great deal on a Lazy Boy. I want to say after installing it I knew this was not a Lazy Boy. I then had my wife read the small lettering to me saying the brand was Coolsleep Home. I do not have the means to send it back. I am going to have to live with it, just very disappointed in Amazon letting this store use the words Lazy Boy in there verbiage describing this chair. I have learned a costly lesson. I should have known you get what you pay for. I feel the chair was overpriced at $450.00 dollars. Thanks, Amazon disappointed buyer. Fred Goodolf

Pricey for the quality
Not as sturdy or comfortable as I'd like. If your tall, this isn't for you! It would be too short. Pricey for the quality....
