This thing was trash from the start. I had to find another vatiable setting ac/dc power for it because the one that came with it just clicked and flashed. Nothing but problems.

Tracking system is good, night vision is ok.My problem come with reviewing footage, I have a sd card installed and have ahd to reformat many times, tried multiple cards and the camera simply stops recognizing there is a card installed!! I'm now looking for a new camera!! Have tried all troubleshooting suggestions with no resolution to the problems I have. The company doesn't exist anymore so there is no tech support.DO NOT BUY!!!!

I love them all it promised what it advertised but had to return one it wouldn't connect through Ethernet

Wifi sometimes freeze. Overal is a good camera for the price. Good costumer service. App should have the lighting option accesible when your wachting the cameras and not in the camera's setting.

This is a very capable surveillance camera with a full array of features including: both Wifi and ethernet, PTZ, pan/tilt, 320° view, night vision, motion detection, 2-way audio, cloud storage, and microSD card slot. Does need to be plugged into an outlet but has a 15ft power cord (while POE is not an option, I'm considering a 3rd-party solar panel accessory) . Uses the Tuya phone app - early versions of Tuya were flakey, but they've since improved the app tremendously. I contacted the seller (BongC) via email on more than one occasion and they were very responsive going out of their way to make sure any concerns were addressed. The one 'extra' thing I decided to do was to house the device in a modified birdbox (shown in attached pic). Although it is weather-proof rated IP66, I'm still concerned about water seeping in. Even if this is an unnecessary precaution, it can't hurt and may even extend its useful life expectancy.

9-17-2021 (installed/tested this date) (will update)The cameras operate as described. I have no issues with night vision, alerts or motion tracking. The camera does have the functions you want from a gimbalimg camera, and the stationary camera is a bonus. Controlling the camera has not been an issue, and dropped connections have been minimal such that i would not consider it a problem. Installation and qifi connection was straight forward and very easy. The app is easy and those who complain about it, probably complain about the weight of thier cellphone also...... I had no issues with this. And the speaker is loud. Overall its is a great camera paire with its app.........butFrom what i gather, they are updating the app, last updated Aug 31st 2021. (Great!) I run an android galaxy note 9.The app shows clear images and has good sound quality. But there is issue with recording made on motion detection. Only the stationary camera video displays on the screen. I dont see the PTZ camera video. I tested this by walking by the camera at night. The PTZ camera does follow me and i can see the LED light move on the stationary camera video, It tracks very well. But i see no screen of the video recorded from the PTZ. I think this is a phone-software compatibility issue. But i did try this on an older droid turbo phone and had the same result...no ptz video, oy atationary camera videoIve sent an email asking if this was intended. And will update this review when/if it is fixed.If this is fixed those of us with more recent phones will have a very nice security system. If its not fixed. I will return this item
