I was told to purchase Silicone Scar tape by my surgeon to help my surgery scars become lighter and was told it didn't matter what brand or where. I checked the OTC at pharmacy and grocery stores, and then this brand. This brand of Silicone Scar Tape had more in it, and being the right width, was a much better price point purchase.It has perforations to easily tear the length you need, but you also have the ability to cut it to size. Save the backing for when you take the tape off to rinse it so that you can place the tape back on it and then reuse it.My surgery was the end of January. I began using it (and some vitamin E oil at night) once the scars had completely healed and had the go ahead by the surgeon - about 12 weeks. I used it faithfully. Most of the time, just wore during the day and at night used vitamin E. ON weekends, I wore 24/7. IN 6 months, my scars had faded so that they looked about a year old or older. Now, a full year from using, my scars have faded so much that they are not very noticeable. The doctors can tell I've used it and are pleased with how the scars look.I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to minimize or fade their scars.

I had rotator cuff surgery. I used these scar sheets for about 8hrs a day and so far they are really working. The scars have gone from a purple color to light pink and one that had gotten puffy is starting to go back down. I would definitely recommend this product. I have started to use this on older scars but it is taking a little longer to see results. But there is signs of improvement.

Bought these because scar sheets at the pharmacy were very expensive. These sheets do as well of a job as the expensive pharmacy stuff. The pharmacy sheets were reusable, but it was a hassle to clean and dry them daily. This roll comes with a lot of sheets so I just toss them after use now. These scar sheets also last way longer on the skin. I have left the sheets on for 2-3 days with only slight lifting at the corners. Their size is perfect for a scar on my forearm and I love that each sheet can be torn off from the roll.

An economical way to fade scars. Also a Nina Pool suggestion. Able to cut size to what is needed.

It’s been helping so much with my keloid (located below neck line). Smoothing it down. The first three days wearing it were itchy. Now I’m use to it and forget it’s even on.
